Wiz‘ Code of Ethics and Conduct
Wiz‘ Code of Ethical Conduct was fully reviewed and validated by the Board of Directors in 2021, making it one of the main pillars of our Compliance Program. It contains the main guidelines of what we expect about the behavior of our employees, as well as what we do not tolerate. In this same document, we reaffirm our commitment to the fight against corruption, whether public or private.
Intending to facilitate and make the understanding of Company‘s foremost rules more effective, we created the Compliance Booklet*, in which are presented our Code of Ethics and Conduct main rules in a more didactic and objective manner.
We emphasize that the rules provided for in such documents are applicable to all employees and senior management, regardless of the position they occupy.
Additionally, we have internal policies for specific topics, such as (i) Contracting Third Parties and Suppliers; (ii) Donations and Sponsorships; (iii) Anti-Discrimination Policy; (iv) Prevention and Combat of Fraud and Corruption; (v) Combat and Prevention of Fraud and Corruption, among others.

We make available for all our employees, stakeholders, suppliers and general public an exclusive channel to receive reports and complaints regarding violations to Company‘s Code of Ethics and Conduct or any of its internal policies, as well as wrongdoings or illicit acts committed by any of our employees.

Wiz is committed to ethical and socially responsible conduct of all its business.
To this end, we adopt a transparent stance with the public sector, respecting and following internal procedures to comply with the provisions of legislation 12,846/2013 (Anti-Corruption Law), which provides for administrative and civil liability of companies for the practice of acts contrary to the public administration, national or foreign, as well as the rules established in Law 8.666/13 (Bidding Laws) regarding the rules for participation in public bids.
